First of all, I was late to my appointment due to traffic. I read the sign at the check in desk that if a patient is late for their appointment, there’s a possibility that they would have to reschedule me. Olivia agreed to see me. She was very kind and understanding.

I have been seeing Lung Docs for over five years now. I did not understand the importance of pulmonary function tests, and I suffered for years when I decided I would talk care of my asthma on my own. I was going to urgent care at least once a month, and rotating where I went, so I could get the relief I was seeking via oral steroids, which are not good for you. I saw Olivia Bridgeman in May, and I have now gone 2 months without a flair or an urgent care visit. She listens to you, and is empathetic. I highly recommend this office. Life is too short to suffer.

My visit at Lung Docs with Olivia Bridgeman, FNP-C was very pleasant. She followed up with questions from the referring doctor’s notes and made a suggestion about a test she felt would be appropriate for my condition. The location of the office is convenient but a little hard to find. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Kind of disappointed in the practice right now the nurse practitioner said she was going to change my inhaler. Call it into my pharmacy. It’s been two days now haven’t heard a thing and I’ve called there twice and left a message because nobody answers the phone and no one returns my calls not a great way to get a good review

Asks questions and listens attentively before diagnosing my problem. She takes her time and answer any questions you might have and explains everything well. I have been going to her first several years and would highly recommend either she or Dr.Shetty.

Never saw Dr Shetty only p.a. don't waste your time. Non attentive nursing and p.a. staff. Not worth the aggravation.

The most inept physicians office I have ever been to. The nursing staff is more interested in their cell phones then tending to the patient. The PA repeatedly grabbed the wrong records but would not listen to the patient. They are more interested in selling you some type of equipment than addressing health issues head on. The exception to this review is Dr. Menaria. He treated me in hospital and was great. Other than that save yourself the aggravation and find a different pulmonologist.

Dr. Shetty definitively diagnosed my rare lung condition while other Pulmonologists had been giving me different answers. He read my notes and tests when I was in the hospital and knew what I had and what treatment i needed. I was very sick and he saved my life. The condition is gone for now after a year of treatment. It could come back so he runs tests and follows me closely. He also diagnosed a new asthma condition this year and provided treatment so I dont become worse. He is a very intelligent doctor and I trust him and no one else.

My recent appointment was very informative about my lung condition. New treatment was explained in detail.

I am a retired nurse. Dr Shetty is the best. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Shetty listened to my breathing concerns, listened to my breathing under different conditions. Asked several questions about all my possibilitie exposures to lung irritants over my life - even picked up on my Vietnam agent orange exposure. He also examined the arthritis in my fingers. At the end Dr Shetty explained how different materials and the arthritis could impact my breathing. He then ordered several tests and a follow-up visit.

Thoroughness. Deep concern. Listening. These all describe Dr. Shetty. He found a tumor on unrelated system on a chest CT x 2 years and encouraged follow ups with other providers to monitor and delve further into. Turned out to be cancer. I got it removed and thanked him thoroughly on the next appointment. If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment with him, KEEP IT!

Dr Shetty is such a caring and brilliant doctor. He did his research in advance about my 77 year old mother and knew that she was admitted to the hospital without me having to apprise him. He expressed full concern about her history and present surroundings, this indicated ghat he really was interested in his patient and throughout the visit he was attentive and made eye contact with my mother and I. This made us feel welcomed and happy to be there. Dr Shetty explained clearly and simply what he believes could be the diagnosis but preferred to run further tests this way a proper diagnosis could align with her treatment. This doctor is well read, very pleasant, patient with my mother and to me is concerned about her getting better. ALS when I got to his office, Stevie a member of his staff helped me by taking my mom out of the car with their wheel chair and returning her to the car after the visit. This made me so happy. Stevie took the initiative to give me a break when I really needed one. Thank you guys.

Dr shetty, see's my husband is a very good doctor. We like about him is that when we see him he is very patient and explains every little detail on the examinations that he did on my husband. But he staff need to be looked at very close. Not happy with the staff. They don't smell, don't greet very unprofessional. The nurse that see my husband is great too she always greets us with a smile tells my husband what she is gonna do first makes he feel less nervous.

It’s hard to get in here. Busy practice. The doc is smart, soft spoken, & efficient. The medical assistants are nice.

Dr. Shetty is an Excellent doctor, one of best. I have one lung and he is helping me to live a long time.

My first appointment was with Olivia Bridgeman, PA. She was very kind and listened to my concerns. She was told me what she would like to do as far as tests were concerned. And I agreed. The second time I went in I also saw Olivia and she was very forthcoming with my test results. Told me what was the treatment plan. Some of it I agreed to and some of it I did not. My third appointment was with Dr. Shetty. He was very kind and very forthcoming. My daughter usually comes with me but she was unable to for that appointment and Dr. Shetty was kind enough to call her and let her know what he found and what my prognosis is and what my future treatment plan would be. The clinic was not difficult to get into for appointments. And I am glad that we have found them.

Difficult to get first appointment and then saw a PA, which I usually prefer. However, didn’t feel confident until saw doctor Shetti and now very please he is trying to figure out my issue.

I saw Dr Shetty just yesterday for a checkup. He scheduled me for a visit in March 2026. I am to have a HRCT scan and a PFT before then. I believe he is a wonderful intelligent doctor and is interested in my health. He was encouraging about my walking on the treadmill daily.

I was worked into the schedule after describing my problem which turned out more complicated than I expected. I was given a sample inhaler to help me along with a prescription. Because lung problems are not always easy to diagnose he ordered blood work and a chest CT as the xray only ruled out pneumonia I have several other tests before I will be seen. Dr Shetty was the only Pulmonologist who was not confused by my rare diagnosis 3 years ago and had a clear cut plan to getting me better. It was a long road, but he was with me and never gave up on me. He watched closely every three months in remission to make sure I wasn’t relapsing. Dr. Shetty is very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. He discusses your situation and then will give you his assessment and take it from there. He is thorough and friendly. The staff is friendly also.

Staff is welcoming and professional. Dr Shetty is respectful and listens to everything and gives good assessments. Shares information ie ct scan results and shows them to me for better understanding.

Excellent if you have

Dr. Sheddy was professional, thorough and compassionate. He picked up on some things that the PCP didn't and took the initiative to follow through on the appropriate testing. The office was clean and neat and his staff was friendly and efficient! I'm so glad that another friend highly recommended him.

I arrived early & as time allowed, they advanced my appointment by 20 minutes. Greatly appreciated. My pulmary testing went very well & when asked if I was close to normal, the tech stated she was not able to say anything. Again, I was appreciative of her professionalism. Good experience.

Hard to reach them by phone. Hardly ever get to see Dr Shetty. Need to have a Portal where you can leave messages for the Dr or Nurse like my regular MD!!

Dr Sherry was very attentive this visit. He was able to get the Medical Suppler to final move forward on providing equipment he ordered two months ago. He suggested a treatment that should keep me out of hospital.

I FEEL like Dr. Shetty Takes the Time to address all of my concerns Excellent Bedside manner!! Dr. Shetty spent the appropriate amount of time to ensure that I understood everything every step of the way ! My wife was a flight Nurse in Michigan, Retired now and She stated that he's Excellent and I would Absolutely refer to anyone!! Only 4 stars because the person who gave the pulmonary function test had Absolutely NO sense of humor.

Dr Shetty was the the first doctor since I was diagnosed to say “let’s find out what’s causing your pulmonary fibrosis” He has a very good manner. My daughter & I both liked him & feel very confident with his practice. Everyone in his office is nice & professional & you can tell they all really care. I would highly recommend Dr Shetty & his team to anyone.
