It’s hard to get in here. Busy practice. The doc is smart, soft spoken, & efficient. The medical assistants are nice.

My first appointment was with Olivia Bridgeman, PA. She was very kind and listened to my concerns. She was told me what she would like to do as far as tests were concerned. And I agreed. The second time I went in I also saw Olivia and she was very forthcoming with my test results. Told me what was the treatment plan. Some of it I agreed to and some of it I did not. My third appointment was with Dr. Shetty. He was very kind and very forthcoming. My daughter usually comes with me but she was unable to for that appointment and Dr. Shetty was kind enough to call her and let her know what he found and what my prognosis is and what my future treatment plan would be. The clinic was not difficult to get into for appointments. And I am glad that we have found them.

Difficult to get first appointment and then saw a PA, which I usually prefer. However, didn’t feel confident until saw doctor Shetti and now very please he is trying to figure out my issue.

I saw Dr Shetty just yesterday for a checkup. He scheduled me for a visit in March 2026. I am to have a HRCT scan and a PFT before then. I believe he is a wonderful intelligent doctor and is interested in my health. He was encouraging about my walking on the treadmill daily.

I got to see the doctor and ask him some questions about my ailment. Although he does could not answer all my questions (could not take an oxygen test due to Covid), he did answer some that will help me get to the next step.

I was worked into the schedule after describing my problem which turned out more complicated than I expected. I was given a sample inhaler to help me along with a prescription. Because lung problems are not always easy to diagnose he ordered blood work and a chest CT as the xray only ruled out pneumonia I have several other tests before I will be seen. Dr Shetty really cares about his patients. I know lots of people say that and they probably really mean it. Dr Shetty takes the time to listen to what's going on before he makes a determination.

Dr Shetty was the only Pulmonologist who was not confused by my rare diagnosis 3 years ago and had a clear cut plan to getting me better. It was a long road, but he was with me and never gave up on me. He watched closely every three months in remission to make sure I wasn’t relapsing. I am better today because of Dr Shetty and the other doctors would still be wondering what I had and how to treat it or have given up. He is kind, caring and very sharp. I am fortunate to have him for my Pulmonologist. I am so happy he walked into the hospital when I was so very sick that day and I knew he was the doctor that had a plan.

I have been an admirer of Dr Shetty since I started seeing him in 2018. Though my lungs showed problems the lungs weren't causing the muscle weakness that was increasing to the point that I was on oxygen. Dr. Sheddy was professional, thorough and compassionate. He picked up on some things that the PCP didn't and took the initiative to follow through on the appropriate testing. The office was clean and neat and his staff was friendly and efficient! I'm so glad that another friend highly recommended him.

I arrived early & as time allowed, they advanced my appointment by 20 minutes. Greatly appreciated. My pulmary testing went very well & when asked if I was close to normal, the tech stated she was not able to say anything. Again, I was appreciative of her professionalism. Good experience.

Hard to reach them by phone. Hardly ever get to see Dr Shetty. Need to have a Portal where you can leave messages for the Dr or Nurse like my regular MD!!

How refreshing it was to have a Doctor like Dr. Shetty sit down and talk with you about your history and what medications would work better than your present ones. It is hard to see a Doctor more than 2-3 minutes anymore but Doctor Shetty took all the time needed to explain your present condition and where you should be at this time. Also, his staff is top notch. The entire office seems to care about you.

I was seen 5 minutes early (miracle, right?)), vitals were promptly taken, and five minutes later, Dr. Shetty came in; lots to be discussed since I had had a procedure done at the end of December.
